Jeff Pendergrast, 62, of Pittsboro, In, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Monday, 6/24/2014 after battling Emphazema.  Jeff was born on 2/15/1952 in Cheyenne Wyoming to the late Gene Pendergrast and Marty. He graduated from Brownsburg High School (1970).  HIs passions included creating works of art, poetry, woodworking, story telling, air guitar and of course people.  Jeff was one of the original free spirited “hippies” of B’Burg.  He was a dreamer of dreams. He is survived by his son Jacob Pitcher, wife Tricia Wynne, step son Austin, step daughter Megan; sisters Cyndi (Doug) Smith, Angela (Joe) Hayes, Andrea (Cameron) Sullivan, Lana (Gary) Baldauf; 11 nieces & nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews. Join us for Jeff’s Celebration of Life on July 19 1-4p at Pittsboro Park (Schamahorn Park) Scout Building. Please bring any art work created by Jeff to display during the celebration.
